Register by Mail

PCPA offers two ways to register for the 2008 conference. Interested individuals may download the registration page from the program brochure as a PDF file below by clicking on the icon below, completing the form, and returning it with payment by mail to the association. Registrations are not complete and will not be processed without payment.

Please read ALL instructions before beginning. Questions can be directed to Kris Ericson, conference coordinator.

Online registration is also available for those individuals wishing to register and pay by credit card through the secure PCPA server. The registration care is available at the bottom of this page.

General Instuctions
All information must be filled out completely. If the name you would like to appear on your name badge is different than how it appears on your credit card, please indicate that in "Special Instructions" during the check out process.

If you are registering more than one person, the NAMES of EACH registrant should be included in the "Special Instructions" section of the Shopping Cart. As well, if you are registering someone other than yourself, please indicate that in "Special Instructions."

Please be sure you provide an accurate telephone number and email address. The Conference Registrar will contact you after your registration is received to secure additional information that cannot be captured in the shopping cart. PCPA needs to be able to contact you promptly. An immediate confirmation that your registration has been received in the office will come via email to the address you list in the registration process.

  • When beginning the shopping cart process, first select the registration category (i.e. PCPA Member Full Conference - $285). Add that to the Shopping Cart. "Continue Shopping" if you are paying for CEUs or additional meal tickets.
  • If you wish to pay for continuing education credits (CEUs) while registering, please select that option in the drop down list and add it to your cart.
  • If you are bringing extra guests to meals that are NOT attending the conference but would like to join you for meals, please select those meals from the shopping cart. They are indicated as "Friends/Family" and the name of the meal. Tickets for those persons will be available when you check in on site at the registration desk.

Continuing Education Units
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) can be paid for during the online registration process or when arriving at Seven Springs. If paying during online registration, you must select "CEU Registration" and add it to the Shopping Cart before checking out.
