2008 PCPA Conference

STATE OF THE STATE LUNCHEON & PLENARY
  Wednesday, October 8, 12:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Convention Hall

A premier event at the conference, the State of the State Plenary provides guests the opportunity to hear from lead officials in the Pennsylvania Departments of Health and Public Welfare about current issues and initiatives that affect the mental health, drug and alcohol, children’s, and mental retardation systems. This year’s event incorporates lunch for all attendees preceding the presentations and discussions. The plenary is the capstone to three days of learning, networking, and discussions of policy affecting human services in the commonwealth.

Plenary

Our speakers will share information about current initiatives and policies of their offices before opening the floor for questions and answers.
