The Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association is working with members to increase the number of direct support professionals in our workforce. We are launching a pilot campaign in western Pennsylvania to attract the highly skilled workforce our members need to provide the best possible care to the state’s most vulnerable residents. This campaign is intended to spark interest for positions to provide direct care within many health and human services fields, including mental health, drug and alcohol, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, medical rehabilitation, physical disabilities, and aging.
