The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared ODPANN 23-065: Now Available: Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Rule Assessments Licensing Results for Fiscal Year 2021-2022. The purpose of this communication is to inform all interested persons of the availability of the second annual report that assesses provider compliance with the federal HCBS Rule for ODP. View the announcement for information on accessing the report as well as other relevant information. Questions pertaining to the results should be directed to ODP.

A message from ANCOR:

Dear ANCOR members,

We need your help. You may have seen that ANCOR is conducting a CEO Compensation Study specific to the I/DD field. There is no other CEO Compensation Study focused solely on I/DD providers that encompasses this range of data. That’s why we’re incredibly excited to offer this resource, but we need your help to do so.

ANCOR has engaged a trusted third-party consultant, Vault Consulting, to securely collect, maintain, and analyze your sensitive data. ANCOR will have no access to specific agency information and will only see the data in its aggregated form at the time of reporting. We anticipate the survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Your organization’s primary contact should have received an email from research@vaultconsulting.com with the survey link. If you are a CEO or Executive Director, please click on the link and complete the survey no later than Friday, July 14.

Why is a CEO Compensation Study important? Completing the survey is crucial, as our field currently lacks the data needed to benchmark salaries in our industry. After the survey closes, Vault Consulting will compile the data and produce a report which will be made available for purchase — at a discounted cost for all ANCOR members — and an even deeper discount for those members who participate in the survey.

Thank you in advance for contributing to this important project.

Sincerely,

Barbara Merrill
Chief Executive Officer
ANCOR
