The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry’s (L&I) Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) seeks collaborative opportunities with qualified entities in meeting the needs of the Disability Innovation Fund (DIF) Subminimum Wage to Competitive Integrated Employment (SWTCIE) Grant Award PR# H421D220003.

OVR is seeking a single entity to manage the delivery of grant services identified as the “InVEST” (Integrated Vocational Engagement & Support Team) Project at six district project sites throughout the 5-year term of the grant (date upon award of contract — 9/30/27). OVR Employment Supports Policy Public Meeting Notice

The PA Department of Labor & Industry’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) has developed a draft of the Employment Supports Policy. The draft will be posted on OVR’s website for public review beginning March 13, 2023. Virtual meetings will also be held via Zoom at 10:00 am and 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, to provide an overview of the policy and take questions and comments (content will be the same in both meetings).

The public is invited to comment on the draft policy for 30 days. Comments may be directed via email through April 11, 2023.
