The Employment First Community of Practice held a webinar entitled “Competitive Integrated Employment in 2020 – Consumer and Provider Perspectives”, which is now available for viewing. This webinar shares stories about how people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have adapted to employment changes during the COVID-19 pandemic so that they can continue to work. It also outlines ways employment services providers have changed their job development and job coaching strategies.
