HR Committee Meeting and Human Resources Compliance Training (Free!)
ATTENTION: All RCPA Members with HR Responsibility

The RCPA Human Resources Committee will hold its quarterly meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Penn Grant Centre, 777 E Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA. As part of the new meeting format, training will be presented by Kimberly A. Nash, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CMS, Vice President of Client Compliance and HR Services for Brown & Brown of PA. Kim partners with organizations to provide a variety of business consulting, compliance management, and human resource related services. Additionally, she delivers a variety of presentations for organizations.

Kim will provide attendees with a 12-month calendar view of what you need to prepare for in 2018. Topics to be discussed include:

• ACA Reporting;
• EEO-1 Report;
• Wage & Requirements;
• I-9 Forms;
• OSHA 300 Logs;
• Employee Benefit Requirements; and
• Record Retention Requirements.

Participants will be eligible for two continuing education (CE) credits for HRCI (HR Certification Institute) or SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) recertification. We would like to thank Brown & Brown of PA for sponsoring this special training and lunch.
