OPEN MINDS is a national leader in market intelligence and management best practices focused on organizations serving consumers with chronic conditions and complex needs. Monica E. Oss, MS is the founder of OPEN MINDS, and has led the OPEN MINDS team and its research on health and human service market trends and its national consulting practice for the last three decades. She will be presenting on IDD and Managed Care, giving a national overview and insights for Pennsylvania.
