ODP Correction: Date for Public Comments

Previously, the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) released ODPANN 20-106 on October 30, 2020. The date for acceptance of public comments was incorrect. We regret the error. Please note that the public comment period is 30 days. Comments will be accepted until 11:59 pm on Monday, November 30, 2020.  ODP has re-issued a corrected Announcement 20-106.
