The Arc of Pennsylvania’s Making Employment Work course is an Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) basic certification training. Live webinar training will take place from January 13, 2021 – January 15, 2021 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm each day. Register here for the training. The ARC of Pennsylvania’s Making Employment Work course is an ACRE Basic Certification Training. To receive certification, participants must attend a 3-day, live webinar training and then complete a self-paced, online curriculum.
Live webinar training takes place on October 5–7, 2020, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm each day. The rest of the course is self-paced, online and will begin after the conclusion of the lectures on October 7, 2020.

The Arc of Pennsylvania will host ACRE certification training sessions held in Houston, PA from April 15–17 and Reading, PA from May 18–20, 2020. These ACRE certification trainings are a combination of both in-person and online training and are for providers of Supported Employment services (this also includes providers of Career Planning services in the Adult Autism Waiver).
Please refer to the flyers for details on sessions scheduled for April 15–17 and May 18–20, 2020. Registration is required. The registration fee will be reimbursed to participants upon successful completion of the certification requirements. Attendees who successfully complete the course can be reimbursed for travel, up to $25 total.
Priority will be given to ODP and OVR-approved Supported Employment providers (including providers of Career Planning in the Adult Autism Waiver). Small Group Employment and Community Participation Support – Prevocational Services providers may register and attend as space allows.

The Arc of Pennsylvania will host ACRE certification training sessions in Malvern, PA from Monday, April 15 – Wednesday, April 17, 2019. This ACRE certification training, a combination of both in-person and online training, is for providers of supported employment services.
Registration is required and is open until April 1, 2019. The project will reimburse attendees up to $25 for travel expenses they incur to attend and participate in the training, upon successful completion of the ACRE certification.
