ODP Announcement 21-036 is to inform all stakeholders that the 2018–2019 Independent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q) Reports have been added to the IM4Q section of the MyODP website. The full statewide report is available, as are two user-friendly versions; one uses charts to convey information, and the other uses icons to do so. A Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) report specific to individuals enrolled in the P/FDS Waiver, a state center report, and a state center supplement report are also available.
