The Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) has issued the following announcement for providers that are working on enrollment applications for services impacted by Electronic Visit Verification (EVV):

Beginning December 16, 2022, certain Provider Type and Specialty Combinations will see a new question concerning EVV on the “Additional Information” web page when completing a provider enrollment application. This information will also be displayed on the Provider Enrollment Summary.
