An upgrade to the MyODP LMS is scheduled to begin at 10:00 pm today, Monday, November 24, 2025. This outage will impact all training courses currently available on MyODP. All users should complete any lesson modules, quizzes, or exams and be logged out of any training or courses by 10:00 pm or their progress may be lost. Overall course progress and all course completions will be saved. Please plan accordingly for all your training needs for the week of November 24, 2025 – December 2, 2025. It is planned that MyODP will be available by 12:00 pm on December 2.

Registration is now available to attend a walkthrough of the MyODP Upgrade and Enhancements. ODP will show visual changes to the LMS, enhancements, and the new MyLearning Transcript report that is now available. The Transcript report will be the primary record of course completion for MyODP coursework.

The walkthrough will be held on Tuesday, December 9 from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Please visit here to register. There are a limited number of seats available; however, the session will be recorded and will be available on MyODP shortly after the live session concludes. The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared ODPANN 25-100 to announce a scheduled upgrade to the MyODP website, making the Learning Management System (LMS) unavailable from Monday, November 24, 2025, through Tuesday, December 2, 2025. This will also have a MyTranscript report replace individual certificates for courses completed on MyODP.

After the upgrade is completed, all users will be required to reselect their primary role upon first login to the site. A virtual training on how to access the new MyTranscript report and an overview of other website improvements will be available. Further details with registration information for the virtual training will be announced sometime prior to November 24, 2025.

Dear ODP Licensed Providers,

There is a worldwide Microsoft outage impacting many applications you may rely on for operations. This link will direct you to a Microsoft Forms questionnaire for you to report any impacts to critical functions. We would like you to complete the questionnaire as soon as you receive it, but at the latest by 1:00 pm today, July 19, 2024, or as soon as possible.

We are asking that all licensed providers complete the questionnaire even if you are not currently experiencing any interruptions. Licensed providers only need to complete the form one time, so please coordinate within your agency to ensure there is not duplication of reporting efforts.

Please be advised that the questionnaire was written to collect information across all Department of Human Services programs, so language may not be reflective of individual program offices.

If you are experiencing issues and require assistance, please reach out to your regional program office.
