RCPA Member Achieva & PA Health Law Project to Host Webinar on Medicaid Waivers for Disabilities
RCPA member Achieva and the Pennsylvania Health Law Project are hosting a webinar titled “Understanding Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waivers for People With Disabilities” from 10 am – 12 pm on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Led by Janice Meinert from the Pennsylvania Health Law Project, the webinar will explore Pennsylvania’s Medicaid Home & Community-Based Waiver programs. Topics include eligibility criteria, the application process, available services, and annual waiver clinical eligibility redeterminations. For more details and registration, visit Achieva’s website. Request for Research Assistance: Share Your Knowledge on Health and Human Services Managers
RCPA member Familylinks’s President and CEO Stacey Vaccaro is currently completing a study for her PhD regarding the characteristics of health and human services managers that make them stay in the industry. Members can assist Stacey by completing this questionnaire. The information obtained will help to shed light on whether or not some managers are truly “built” for this work. The questionnaire will take about 10 minutes to complete and will provide valuable insight to help us all better understand the managers in the industry.
