In addition, due to a high volume of guests at the Hershey Lodge, RCPA has made arrangements for a special rate at the Hilton Garden Inn Hershey, located at 550 East Main Street, Hummelstown, PA 17036, which is less than two miles away from the Lodge. The Hilton is offering rooms to our attendees September 23 – 27 at a Nightly Group Rate of $149.00 plus 11% tax (1-2 adults; $10 each additional adult) using the group name “RCPA 2024 Conference.” Find more information at our Conference website, and please reach out to Carol Ferenz if you have questions or concerns.

The agenda for the August 7, 2024, Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Subcommittee meeting has been released. The meeting is hybrid and will be held for in-person attendees in the Honors Suite, 1st floor, 333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17126. The meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. The PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) announces that registration is now open for the 2024 Statewide Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Symposium. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at the Wyndham Garden State College. PCCD, in partnership with Center County CIT, has developed an agenda for a day of training and networking opportunities. ADvancing States invites you to register for the 2024 Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Conference, celebrating significant milestones this year: the 60th anniversary of ADvancing States and the 40th anniversary of the HCBS Conference. The event gathers leaders and policymakers in the field of aging and disabilities to discuss and share practices that enhance state systems delivering long-term services and supports for individuals of all ages and abilities. Scheduled from Monday, August 18, to Friday, August 22, 2024, at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, the conference offers over 190 sessions, along with breakfast, lunch, and networking opportunities, including a Gala Dinner on Wednesday, August 21. Additionally, a virtual conference will be available on Wednesday, September 11, and Thursday, September 12, featuring on-demand sessions with live speaker Q&A, accessible from home at a reduced rate. Information Overview and Performance Standard Webinar Sessions
Registration Now OPEN!

This webinar series will provide details on specific performance standards for Performance-Based Contracting for residential services. Each session will cover the required reporting, data source, data collection, and analysis for each performance standard.

A prerecorded General Overview Webinar will be disseminated on May 21, 2024, as a pre-requisite to the sessions outlined below. It is strongly recommended providers watch the General Overview Webinar prior to attending.

These sessions will each be unique in content and build upon one another. Providers are encouraged to attend all four sessions. Due to anticipated audience size, only two representatives from each Provider Agency should register to attend. All sessions will be recorded and made available on MyODP.
