The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) recently hosted a live webinar titled “The Basics of Incident Management – The Incident Reporting Cycle From Discovery to Closure.” The session provided technical guidance and included a Q&A segment to address participant questions regarding the incident management process.
Presentation materials were distributed during the session. A full recording of the webinar will be made available on the MyODP website in the near future.
ODP will host a follow-up webinar titled “From Oversight to Action: A Provider’s Responsibility in the Incident Fidelity Process” on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 10:00 am – 11:30 am. Providers are encouraged to register using this link.

A webinar was held on October 25 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am for Med Admin Trainers to review how to create new student classes (including Practicum Observer classes), view grader reports of their students, and enter observation and remediation scores. The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared ODPANN 23-069, which informs all interested parties that the recording of the Clarifications and Guidance for the Community Participation Support (CPS) Service in the Intellectual Disability/Autism (ID/A) Waivers webinar is now available on MyODP. Clarification and guidance on the CPS service and CPS flexibilities that will be ending with Appendix K are discussed during the recording. On April 4, 2022, the Office of Developmental Programs presented a question and answer (Q&A) session on the use of ARPA funding in helping to increase staff qualifications, pay, and recruiting.
