ODP Delays Implementation of the SCO Fee Schedule Rates

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is delaying the effective date of the published Fee Schedule until January 1, 2027, to allow additional time for transition activities related to the rates changing from 15-minute Fee Schedule Rates to monthly case rates and flat fee-for-service rates. Notice of the change in effective date will be published in a future Pennsylvania Bulletin.

• ODP is delaying implementation of the changes to Supports Coordination rate structure and related billing practices until January 1, 2027.
• Supports Coordination services will continue to be billed in 15-minute units and HCSIS and PROMISe changes will not be effective until January 1, 2027.
• ODP will provide additional details related to training materials and opportunities in the coming weeks.
