Appendix K Second Submission and Approval: Emergency Preparedness and Response for ODP Waivers
ODP Announcement 20-097 informs stakeholders that on July 23, 2020 ODP received approval of the second Appendix K to further amend the Waivers for the Consolidated, Community Living, Person/Family-Directed Support (P/FDS), and Adult Autism Waivers during the emergency.
The changes outlined in the second Appendix K are in addition to the changes that were made in the first Appendix K. All changes, unless otherwise noted, are effective beginning March 11, 2020. While many of the changes made in the second Appendix K have already been communicated to stakeholders and implemented, ODP is working on updated guidance that reflects current policy.
