Appendix K Update: Waiver Services Provided to Individuals in Hospital Settings and Specialized Supplies

ODP Announcement 20-098 provides guidance for implementing two changes approved in the second Appendix K for the Consolidated, Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS), Community Living Waivers (ID/A Waivers) and the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW). Services listed in this announcement may be billed starting July 1, 2020, when provided in a hospital setting regardless of the reason for hospitalization.
