The Provider Relief Fund Period 3 Reporting Deadline Is Quickly Approaching!
A reminder to providers who received Provider Relief Fund (PRF) payments during the period January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021. You must use the PRF Reporting Portal to document the use of these funds by this Friday, September 30, 2022.
According to the HRSA website, “Recipients who do not report within the respective reporting time period will be considered out of compliance with payment Terms and Conditions, and funds may be subject to recoupment.”

This 3-part webinar series will highlight key strategies to establish interagency teams, clarify roles and responsibilities, improve engagement of families and employers, and facilitate individualized work experiences in the community.
Special educators and administrators, Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, employment specialists, advocates and families are encouraged to attend to learn how to apply the tenants of seamless transition and promote successful futures for people with disabilities. The Arc of Pennsylvania Announces Customized Employment Job Development Training
Attendees will learn how to develop an employer-focused approach to negotiating customized job descriptions on behalf of individuals with disabilities. Participants seeking certification are expected to commit approximately 40 hours of fieldwork with/on behalf of a learning partner under the guidance of Marc Gold & Associates (MGA) over the course of 4 months. This is the prerequisite training to complete certification through MG&A.
*Certification in Discovery is a prerequisite for seeking certification in Job Development.

Daily, Online Zoom Meeting
October 3, 2022 – October 5, 2022
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Where: This training will be done completely online. Registrants must have a computer or laptop with a webcam. The training will use Zoom to host the conference. Registrants will not be able to join by phone.

Message from PA Developmental Disabilities Council (PADDC):
PADDC is seeking nominations for Council members who are:
- Individuals with developmental disabilities;
- Parents of children with developmental disabilities; and/or
- Family members of adults with developmental disabilities.
The PA Developmental Disabilities Council (PADDC) empowers individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to help shape policies that impact them. We have reopened our application process and are looking for people from diverse backgrounds to apply. Pennsylvania is a state with great diversity in race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, military/veteran status, disability, location, and lived experience, and we desire a council that reflects that diversity. We believe that our differences make us stronger, and we encourage people from different backgrounds who believe they have something to contribute to the council to apply.
