Dr. Richard Edley is the lead executive for RCPA and is responsible for all aspects of operations and direction for the association. His professional career began in 1988 and most recently he was president and CEO of PerformCare/Community Behavioral HealthCare Network of Pennsylvania, Inc., a national, full-service, behavioral health managed care organization.

Ms. Revay began her public accounting career in 1998 with Maher Duessel after spending eight years in the social services field. She has directed engagements of a wide range of governmental and nonprofit entities, including various human service providers. She has comprehensive experience with Single Audits, and also directs multiple employee benefit plan audit engagements.

The RCPA Human Resources Committee has arranged a free training: Bureau of Labor Law Compliance – Know the Law on Wednesday, March 24 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. Please register here.

This training is offered by the Bureau of Labor Law Compliance. Presenters Randy Liddle, Administrative Officer and Bryan Smolock, Director will review the Bureau of Labor Law Compliance’s history and functions, current rules and regulations, and recent changes being made to the minimum wage act that directly affect businesses and workers.

This training has been submitted for HRCI continuing education. If you would like to submit questions in advance, please send them by March 17 to Tina Miletic. We look forward to your participation.

RCPA is pleased to announce that Jason Snyder, currently Regional Director with Pinnacle Treatment Centers and an RCPA Board member, will be joining RCPA staff as the Drug & Alcohol (D&A) Division Director.

Jason has extensive experience in the Drug and Alcohol field, including previously serving as Special Assistant to the Secretary of DHS and Policy and Communications Director at DDAP.  Among other accomplishments, he specifically oversaw the Centers of Excellence (COE) initiative at the State.  He has spoken extensively on D&A topics and is considered a true expert in the field.  We are excited to have him join our team!

We also want to take a moment to thank Jack Phillips, our Director of Government Affairs, for stepping in and serving in this role for almost one year. What was intended as a temporary volunteer assignment turned into Jack capably serving a dual role for quite some time.  He is now returning to his primary government affairs responsibilities.
