Incident Management Reviewer Guide Released
The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared ODPANN 23-096: Incident Management Reviewer Guide. The purpose of this announcement is to distribute the Incident Management Review Guide Version 1.0. You can view the guide here. Please read the announcement for additional details.
New Times Available: Scheduled One-on-One Incident Management VOH Announced
Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) and Adult Community Autism Program (ACAP) providers are invited to sign up for a scheduled one-on-one virtual office hour (VOH) session to discuss incident management topics with ODP-BSASP. Providers may sign up for one 30-minute session, and multiple staff from the provider may join at the provider’s discretion. Topics for discussion may include:
- Provider-specific IM issues or concerns;
- EIM reports;
- General questions about certified investigations;
- Brainstorming ideas of how to improve “performance” related IM tasks;
- A review of provider IM data and compliance; and
- Discussion of provider trends.
We encourage AAW providers and ACAP to take advantage of this opportunity. Sessions are offered in 30-minutes intervals and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

New DDAP Training Management System to Launch in January; Current System to Go Offline in December
The Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) will launch a new Training Management System (TMS) in January 2024. To facilitate the transition, the current TMS and DDAP courses in TrainPA will be frozen at 3:00 pm Thursday, December 7, until the system’s launch on January 4, 2024. DDAP emphasizes the importance of verifying matching email addresses in both systems to mitigate potential record loss during the migration process. Users are strongly encouraged to conclude any ongoing TrainPA trainings and finalize pending course evaluations within the current TMS before the freeze period.
