Dates/Locations for Community HealthChoices SE Community Meetings Released

Beginning in January 2019, Community HealthChoices (CHC) will go into effect in the Southeast part of the state. To help providers learn more about CHC and ask questions, community meetings have been scheduled starting at the end of August and will continue through mid-October. Providers are encouraged to attend one of these sessions. Registration is required (either online or by telephone) and space is limited.
