An upgrade to the MyODP LMS is scheduled to begin at 10:00 pm today, Monday, November 24, 2025. This outage will impact all training courses currently available on MyODP. All users should complete any lesson modules, quizzes, or exams and be logged out of any training or courses by 10:00 pm or their progress may be lost. Overall course progress and all course completions will be saved. Please plan accordingly for all your training needs for the week of November 24, 2025 – December 2, 2025. It is planned that MyODP will be available by 12:00 pm on December 2.

Registration is now available to attend a walkthrough of the MyODP Upgrade and Enhancements. ODP will show visual changes to the LMS, enhancements, and the new MyLearning Transcript report that is now available. The Transcript report will be the primary record of course completion for MyODP coursework.

The walkthrough will be held on Tuesday, December 9 from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Please visit here to register. The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared an update to communication ODPANN 25-093. The purpose of this announcement is to provide updated guidance related to the ODP Incident Management (IM) Rebalancing Initiative. Updates have been made to the “Clarifying the Definition of Serious Injury” section of this announcement. Updates appear in red text. The guidelines are organized into seven separate topics covering the following:

  • Finalizing Incident Reports
  • Reducing Duplicative and Multiple Incident Reports
  • Clarifying the Definition of Serious Injury
  • Clarifying the Definition for Discovery Date
  • Managing Events Occurring Prior to Enrollment
  • Discontinuing the Use of Optionally Reportable Events (OREs)
  • Discontinuing the Use of Illness/Other and Illness/COVID Incident Categories.

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has published announcement ODPANN 25-096 to notify stakeholders that ODP has published the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) received about Supports Coordination Organization Performance-Based Contracting (SCO-PBC). The FAQ resource has been developed from questions submitted during webinar summits, virtual office hours, and to the PBC Resource Account. Questions have been categorized by topic and performance measures.

The FAQ can be accessed on MyODP at the SCO Frequently Asked Questions web page.

SCOs should continue to send questions via email so ODP can ensure they are answered consistently.

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared communication ODPANN 25-095 and its accompanying attachments. This communication advises stakeholders of a change to the Cycle 3, Year 1 (C3Y1) Quality Assessment & Improvement (QA&I) Tools. The following questions from the QA&I C3Y1 Tools have been removed due to a high volume of stakeholder inquiries related to evaluation expectations:

  • AE Question #1 – The AE engages in activities, or has a written policy, to improve racial equity performance.
  • SCO Question #4 – The SCO engages in activities, or has a written policy, to improve racial equity performance.
  • Provider Question #4 – The Provider engages in activities, or has a written policy, to improve racial equity performance.

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared ODPANNN 25-091. This communication announces the release of an updated training course, “Introduction to Conflict Resolution for New Supports Coordinators,” a 1 credit hour course that is part of the SC First Year Training requirements. This training builds on the concepts discussed in the “Introduction to Facilitation” webcast and provides a framework for working through disagreements within the team and how to resolve them. Before completing this training, completion of the Introduction to Facilitation for New SCs training is recommended.

Introduction to Conflict Resolution for New Supports Coordinators can be found on MyODP as part of the SC First Year Trainings.

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared ODPANN 25-090. The Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) data submission portal for Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) is now available. All SCOs must complete their PBC submissions and, if desired, provide information to be considered for Pay-for-Performance (P4P) initiatives via the MyPBC Data Submission Portal. The Portal will be available until November 1, 2025, at 11:59 pm. Identified SCO Business Partner users will receive an email with directions for accessing the MyPBC Portal for their data submissions.
