RCPA Member APA Survey Overview

RCPA, with the aid of its members and HealthChoices partners, created a survey to gauge the members’ experiences with Alternative Payment Arrangements (APAs) during this pandemic period. We are pleased to be able to provide an overview of the responses as well as some guided recommendations for the future of how the APAs may be utilized. This information will assist RCPA and its members in further discussions with our stakeholder community as we move forward. We would like to thank our members and partners for their feedback and participation in the survey.
