The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) would like to invite you to the Performance-Based Contracts Webinar for Individuals and Families. This webinar will provide individuals and families with a general overview of how the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) proposes to implement Performance-Based Contracting for residential services effective January 1, 2025.
Audience: Individuals, caregivers, and families.
The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) will be hosting four Virtual Office Hour Sessions for residential providers on the submission process for Performance-Based Contracting (PBC). There will be no presentation from ODP – please come prepared with your PBC data submission questions.
Sessions will not be recorded but new and/or common questions and answers will be added to the Frequently Asked Questions.
Audience:
One person per residential provider, and we recommend sending the person who is most closely working with the PBC data submission process.

The Office of Developmental Programs has shared an updated copy of the PBC Implementation Guide that was released yesterday.
In Attachment 1 — Performance Based Contracting (PBC) Residential Services Implementation Guide, Appendix F: Performance-Based Contracting Residential Scoring Tool, a typo has been corrected within Measure RD.01.1 and now displays the correct date (January 1, 2026).

The updated version of the PBC Residential Services Implementation Guide is located on the Performance-Based Contracting Information web page on MyODP.
The Department of Human Services will be holding a webinar designed for provider agency leadership, supervisors, and anyone responsible for quality assurance or health outcomes. This is to share with providers how to get information out of the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) that can drive quality assurance initiatives, improve quality of care, and support agency outcomes. You will also look at reports to monitor compliance and identify areas of highest health risks for the people you support as well as cover HRST reports related to performance-based contract standards and customizing reports to get exactly what you are looking for quickly!
