The Quality Management (QM) Data Collection Tool for CPS and Day Habilitation now has a short tutorial video available on the CPS resource page on the MyODP website. You can view it here.

The purpose of this communication is to announce that those who achieved QM certification/recertification during calendar year 2022 are due for recertification by December 31, 2024. Maintaining certification through recertifying every two years is highly recommended to keep QM skills honed and refreshed.
